Effective: 28th November 2018
There have been some recent changes to the Tiny Cloud Terms of Service of which you need to be aware. These changes apply to free and paid Tiny Cloud users, so please read the below carefully.
1. Use of Tiny Drive
All Tiny Cloud users now have access to Tiny Drive, the file and asset management system that was designed from the ground up for the cloud. The Starter tier includes a free 100MB of storage and 1GB of bandwidth, and the Developer, Pro, and custom tiers have increased storage and bandwidth based on your number of monthly active users.
The conditions of use of Tiny Drive are defined within Section 3.5.1 of the Tiny Cloud Terms of Service.
2. Product Attribution
No Charge and Trial Subscription Licensees are now required to display “Powered by Tiny” attribution on user views of the editor (Section 3.6).
If you do not wish to display the product attribution, you will need to upgrade to one of the Developer, Pro, or custom plans. If you have questions about which plan is the best fit for you, please contact the Tiny team.
3. License types
Existing License types have been renamed and defined. There are now three license types: (a) Trial Subscription License; (b) Paid Subscription License; and (c) No Charge Subscription License (Section 2).
4. Agreement Termination
Tiny may terminate a No Charge Subscription License at its discretion (Section 4.1).
5. Technical Support
Conditions for the provision of technical support to Trial and No Charge Licensees are stated (Section 7.3).
If you have any questions concerning Tiny license agreements, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
